About Affiliated Air
Our Story
Founded in 1997 as a commercial HVAC company, we've built our reputation on expertise, integrity, and exceptional service across the Dallas Fort Worth area.
Affiliated Air was founded in 1997 with a clear mission: to provide honest, reliable commercial HVAC services to businesses across the Dallas Fort Worth area. We are led by owner and president Randall "Randy" Aiken, who brings extensive experience from his time at Lange Mechanical Services in service operations.
From day one, we've specialized in commercial HVAC systems, with rooftop package units becoming our bread and butter. Our commercial first approach means we understand the unique challenges businesses face when their HVAC systems fail.
Today, after more than 28 years in business, we continue to serve residential, multifamily, small business, and large commercial facilities with the same commitment to honesty and integrity that founded our company.
